Nebraska Book Festival -- http://bookfestival.nebraska.gov/, NE It was a great event in Lincoln in November of 2009. It was complete with super vendors, great speakers, cool authors, emerging authors, awesome food and awards, and more. growmedia.com was there. Too bad we all have to wait until May of 2011 to go to the next one!
Omaha Film Event www.omahafilmevent.com On May 21, 2010 saw an amazing classic film tribute for the 35th anniversary of JAWS. Mr. Carl Gottlieb, co-screenwriter and Oscar nominee, Emmy winner, and author of the bestselling book, "The Jaws Log" was in Omaha.
